Pave bands don't make it easy to do thin. BUT you should look at Leon Mege for anything pave related, because he is THE MASTER.

I love a super thin band for a solitaire
But please know how delicate pave can be, especially if you ever want to pair a band w/ it.
I have 6 prongs now and I like less metal, I want to go to 4 or 5 prongs.
Thanks everyone. I plan to do a thin wedding band as well. Maybe I will re think my 6 prong preferance as I dont want to cover the stone too much.
I do love the Leon mege settings but I dont know if BF will want to spend that much if its more than Tacori. I would rather spend the money on the rock than the setting... hmmm so much to think about !
I love Love LOVE thin bands!! I think it really makes the center stone *POP*!!![]()
Normally I think he is on-par with most designer settings. His solitaires with no pave, just plain plat, are usually $1500-1800ish depending on the size of the stone and how Platinum is in the market.
For this type of setting Leon's price may be comparable to Tacori. Just give him a call and get a quote--sometimes he turns out to be a lot less than people think. Just make sure you tell him your concerns about a wedding band because I know he's told others before that they simply can't wear a band with his three-sided pave settings. But I know there are other options.
^you can always upgrade to a leon setting later on. spend your $$ on the stone and worry about the perfect setting down the road.
