Tulip is such a great color, such a very nice shade of pink, a rarity. It looks neutral enough to me honestly. Dusty rose is pretty too, but less unique to me and is more neutral for sure. Keep both!

I am a huge fan of the dusty rose, I own it in the Greenwich large grab bag and haven't moved out of that bag since I got it two plus weeks ago!
