Question for Duffle 20 owners... I prefer to wear a bag on the shoulder as opposed to crossbody. If the strap is adjusted for shoulder wear, is there a long piece of strap flapping around or is there a "keeper" for the end of the strap? Thanks.

There’s a keeper. I wear this shoulder carry too. I feel like even on the longest setting it’s not long enough for me for crossbody and I’m 5’5”.

Hello Duffle 20 owners! Mine just arrived today (in Saddle!) and is lovely but the dust bag that came with it is so small: 13.5" x 11". The purse does not fully fit in it. I haven't got a hold of Coach customer service. Can anyone confirm this is the correct dust bag size? I'm guessing the purse was a return or display model because there was no protective material on any of it, the strap was already buckled together, etc. Is it meant to squish into this smaller dust bag? Thanks for your help!
That dustbag is definitely small. Mine is a little tight, but it still covers the whole bag. My 2 have come still wrapped and stuff, the strap is usually buckled, but not clipped on if that makes sense. I’d definitely contact them at LEAST for the dustbag.

Hey! We are twins on the teak as well! DH bought me when they had a sale a few weeks ago. Such a cool shade of brown, almost plum/raisin in some lighting.
My beauty arrived on Friday, but I had to wait until today to open it. I love this colour in person and the leather is incredible. i wish I had gotten a couple other colours during the sale. I think this is my favourite bag. It is not my usual style, but I am already in love with it.
Switched into Dark Teak. I think she is my favorite. Yes, I can see the plum/raisin. It is very similar to Oxblood, too. I added the short shoulder strap from my Tabby. The black coordinates great with DT. And, adds a grab & go convenience.
So excited to be part of the club! I got the duffle 20 in flax and l'm obsessed with it. Wish I would've gotten it in other colors during the sale. I bit the bullet and got it in saddle and oxblood at full price. I hate paying full price but it seems they keep disappearing from the website, maybe stock is low?
