I know! There was a lot I liked about it. I had to return it fast because I can waiver. Especially when they said there was just 1 other one. Ugh! That exclusivity and rarity thing kills me.
If it makes you feel any better, no doubt the other one available was most likely peeling too. Looks like a materials design flaw.

I fell in love with a puffy flap bag at the shop yesterday, but I saw some minor cracking on the front of the bag so I decided against buying it. It was a beautiful bag, but not worth the cracking issues I could face later on.
