Hi! I recently went to marble for a consultation and decided that i wanted to share my experience with them!
I had my eyes consulted with dr.Suh recommended by them and i actually enjoyed my whole expeirience with them. ive seen alot of ppl recommending to just get a translator outside of the clinic but I didnt hire any translators bc i was too lazy to find one and i just thought that it was unnecessary tbh and im ngl i was actually surprised with how good the english consultants english was.
now with dr.suh, i love him!! he's so soft spoken and really takes into consideration with what i wanted and didnt want and he recommended me the best look for me and explained to me carefully about my concerns with the surgery and i just felt like he really understood me and vibed with me on the same wavelength lmao
after consulting with the doctor i actually forgot to ask a couple of more questions and asked Min the english consultant my remaining questions and she was really knowledgeable. one thing i liked about her is that i felt like she cared for me and wasnt being pushy when i told her that im still thinking about the whole surgery bc ykno it is a big thing for me.
altogether, i decided to go with them and book for my surgery once ive gotten my things together and organized heheh

I also have a consultation with Dr. Suh in July. Does anyone know if it's better to bring your own translator or just use their on site translator?
someone on another thread i posted said that min the translatro at marble was great so i dont think u need to bring any translator

i did my online consultation with marble and they said if i want a natural look then i should go for dr.seo the head surgeon

I went with Dr. Suh at Marble for my DES + Ptosis correction + Epicathoplasty.
My experience was very similar to post by beeyond. I had Min, the consultant and she helped translate and was really knowledgeable, seemed genuinely caring and not pushy.
It's been about one month post-op now - still really swollen so I can't really share the satisfaction of the end results yet, but overall no concerns so far and looking like it will heal to the look like what was discussed during consultation and designing process.

Personally, I, for some reason, eliminates Mina, I just followed my own gut.
On the other hand, Braun is still on my top list, Dr. Seop is the one specializes in eyes.
Tomorrow, I will have an online consultation with Dr. Seo from Marble which is not specialized in eyes rather Dr. Suh. I will update about my consultation. Cheers
