Well however u wear it know that both pieces are lovely I had my dbty shortened the other day though, after my daughter tugged and broke the chain, and it's much more versatile now because I can layer it easily with lots of things.

After struggling with layering this morning, I decided to shorten my DBTY to 15 inch. I think that would make my life easier and as you have mentioned it's much more versatile..couldn't agree more
