a large pebbled leather satchel...
rolled handles and 3 part strap.
Dimensions don't seem overly large,
but it has a wide base that is structured,
and the bag holds a lot of stuff.
I hand carry (have it in blue from years ago).
Because of the structure and size of the base,
only way to shoulder or cross body carry is
to sling the bag toward your back. It would not
work well under arm or against the side of the body.
But I love it as a hand carry, even tho it can be weightly....
lots of beautiful pebbled leather and room for stuff.
The contrast trim leather is very nice (if you like that).
There is also a caramel and ablack/black which are both very rich looking
tonal options.

The Concord Leather Dopp Kit is back and with the sale (code LOVE) it's
around $75. It's a great piece, either as a gift for a man or for yourself.
Too heavy for me to carry (travel item???) but I use it in the house to
keep my vitamins/meds. It's so rich looking and very functional.
One of my best Dooney purchases, and I have a lot of Dooney items.
I can think of dozens of uses.... elegant storage for anyone who loves
great leather items.

Of note..... Darcy satchel is available in 2 colors. If I didn't already
own both of them, I would buy them. Good size satchel, not oversized,
but a true satchel lovers handbag. Darcy size is similar to regular zip zip,
but leather detailing looks a little more upscale, IMO.
Check dimensions on handbags you are interested in. A lot of the newer pebbled
leather Dooney bags are a little smaller than previous similar styles. I tend to think
I know how big the bag is, because I have it's older version. When I look at the
details I realize and inch or two in each direction can make a difference to me.

ILD Nylon Large Pocket Satchel, 3 day sale,

It's the older, better (IMO) Dooney nylon.
I was so impressed when I got my first one, about 2 years
ago, that I now have this same satchel in black/black, navy,
red, khaki, and wine.
I am a leather handbag snob. But I needed something lighter,
and this satchel is a winner..... very high quality construction and
materials, perfect design and size, and lots of leather trim...
including crossbody (detachable) strap with shoulder pad.
It works as a tote, because it's large, but also has a top zipper
which I prefer. Nylon keeps it lighter than the leather versions.
I must resist adding more colors. I cannot own every Dooney is
