Surely, his comments show a tremendous lack of education and ignorance on his part imo. He could have lost his job because of such comments. Lawrence Summers resigned as president of Harvard U over a similar remark.

This is when people still felt a sense of shame. Those times are mostly over Imho.

As far as Don, he is much better suited as a solo act at night. Him being part of a trio does not work at all, imo.
Same goes for the youngish anchor there, she is an excellent white house correspondent but has trouble to establish her spot.
He will not survive at CNN, imo. There are rumors, that his agent is seriously knocking at every doors…

I’ve never cared for him. I really hope Chris Licht can accomplish his goal - have a news channel that delivers the news not the opinions of the show hosts. When there are topics to discuss both sides of the aisle will have their opinions presented. I’d like a news channel that is neutral.

I only watch pbs or bbc for news. It’s as neutral as I can find.

He has been fired! His agent told him that he was terminated and is not happy that CNN management did not tell him of his termination after 17 years with the company. I think his latest fit with Vivek may have been the nail in his coffin. So unprofessional. I used to enjoy watching him, but he has been difficult to watch lately.
