The other part of the question is something I have worried about. Does ordering from the website mean you won’t get a return? I feel like customer service told me they sell only new items but Ive gotten date codes on a few items and wondered about this.

None of my new bags or SLGs ordered from 2018 came with a care booklet.

But just days ago, I bought a preloved epi bag, it came with a care booklet(made in 2014). Very interesting
