Gosh, I am so sorry ! I can't believe someone would switch the tags somehow. I got my black Ballerina bucket bag from them....I hope it's genuine! I agree that they should really check their returns carefully.

I hope you get the bag you want after this debacle!

I'm going to check the tag on mine to see how it is attached.
I checked mine and the tag is attached to a hole in the strap with a plastic thing, so unless a person had a machine with black plastic things it would be impossible. I guess thieves get those machines.

I have had ones from NAP that have just been attached around the long strap and ones that were in the hole. So it could really be either depending who attached it. If they got one like that it would be easy to slip it off and put it on another bag.

pretty sure it's not hard for thieves to have those machines! I've seen a lady at macy's putting tags on jeans and it literally takes one second to hook the plastic thingy onto the tag

There is definitely a huge difference. Ordered mine from Net-a-porter too a week ago. Will be receiving it next month.
