Yes, I much prefer the classic gold hardware to the light gold; I’m not a fan of how the LGHW can look silver, depending on the lighting. I have a black vintage caviar mini square flap with the old 24k-plated hardware and it is just so buttery and perfect IMHO. I also have two black vanity cases with the LGHW and while the LGHW clearly wasn’t a dealbreaker for me, I would much prefer if it was the darker gold. Just my two cents! 😇

Depends on the bag color IMO. With black I prefer gold but still like light gold, but with lighter colors light gold hardware is amazing
I feel the same! I’m not a shw girly and I don’t mind the lghw, but I just feel like some bags would look so much more stunning with the classic gold!
I like it so much more because its a bit more casual than the gold which I feel comes off very dressy.
My woc and urban spirit backpack that I’ve gotten in the last year have gone from champagne to a more true gold 🤷♀️
I love LGHW. Just repurchased Mini after selling mine and missing it and need to repurchase at much higher price. But I do love the LGHW. It gives casual looks, which match my daily outfit. I have M/L flap with gold hardware which I love to wear when I am dressier.
