Does Neiman Marcus send boxes?

I ordered a YSL Kate last month from NM and it came without a box. It came inside of the dustbag, which was wrapped in plastic and that was inside of the shipping box.

I received a Saint Laurent box earlier this month with my Toy Loulou. The main body and its strap were wrapped in styrofoam and placed inside the dustbag. It was shipped directly from NM warehouse though (not a store fulfillment order).
