Does Neiman Marcus send boxes?

Hi,
I just received medium envelope bag and it did not come with a Saint Laurent box, only a dust bag. I just went to local store after calling and speaking with someone that said I could come down to get a box. Well, drove all the way there only for them to say that none of their Saint Laurent bags come in boxes. Only their SLGs and WOCs. Is this normal for Neiman's?

Most of the premium designers sold at NM does not come with box. I specifically had to request a Celine box. I was able to get it, but that years ago. Nordstrom the same. You get the item without the fancy labeled box. Not sure what they're doing with Chanel these days.

Bought Gucci & YSL items from NM & they only offered a flimsy neiman marcus box after I made a big deal. Was able to get a box from the Gucci store after showing receipt but that was a few years back

Yup got a shoebox. However, I did receive the dust bag and tags. Plus my purse was package correctly. I saw one lady on YT say NM can be hit or miss how they package high end merchandise. I want the puffer bag and I may purchase it from YSL.

So you got a YSL box? Mine just came in a brown box and dustbag. I spoke to a CA and she indicated that they have an international box shortage and suggested I check with local store to see if they had an extra box :-s

I ordered the puffer bag from both NM and YSL and it came heavily scratched and poorly packaged with literal duct tape and appeared to be a return (my post was here). The ones I saw in store at NM/Saks were also visibly scratched, so I would be wary of this.

Hi. My Niki came in the neiman’s shopping bag with paper taped around it. I asked about the box and none was supplied.
