Does LV repair loose stitchings for free ? or is there a cost to repair it ?

Hello, I’m sorry to revive this post. I’ve had this Graceful MM for about 8 months, and the stitching on my heat stamp and raised up in a couple places. It actually happened just a couple months after I received the bag, but I have a daughter with chronic health issues and that took precedence. Is there a way to fix this myself, or is the only thing I can do is contact LV? I don’t live near one at all (3.5 hours is the closest) so I can’t just go in the store.

I would let LV handle it. If it has another issue in the future, and if LV can tell that you/someone else repaired it, they will no longer service the piece.

If you live in the US, here are instructions on how to submit a repair inquiry.

If accepted for a repair, they’ll email you the shipping label. You need to provide your own box and shipping materials.

Whenever I did it, the price quote came after they received my items and evaluated the necessary work. I was allowed to choose whether or not to proceed with repairs after receiving the quote.

One of my repairs needed a handle restitched 4-6 months after purchase. LV did it for free. I don’t see why you would have to pay for yours. It’s nothing major, and you haven’t even had the bag for a year.
