Does Hermes ever send Christmas or Happy Holiday cards?

I got a framed limited edition print one year, a buildable biscuit (cookie) rocking-horse another (still unopened). Nothing regularly and can't remember whether it was a birthday.

At fashion shows they'll give away (usually discontinued) fragrances or small gifts, or sometimes if I shop around Christmas H'll give out presents like sets of fragrances/soaps.

I know that SAs (across many luxury brands) keep notes on our personal prefs, what kind of events we'd prob like, non-alcohol drinker etc.

I've never recieved a card from H (unsursprising I'm not a big spender) But I brought something from Bulgari about 6 years ago and yet I still get Birthday cards and Christmas cards from them.
I actually wish they would'nt bother!
At the risk of sounding like an ungrateful old woman I really only want birthday cards and Xmas cards from my friends not from sales associates.
My H SA does send me christmas and birthday whatsapps which I dont mind however.

I've been a client for years. Never received a birthday card. Do receive holiday card with personal note from a couple sa's in states and one e-card from Paris. I have gotten silk flower brooch (think it was for mothers day), lunar new year envelopes and when there's a holiday store event in December some edible goodies but that's when I go in to buy around that time of year.

I think I received a card once or twice (not recent though). It was several years ago when I was a regular customer.
At that time I also once received a twilly as a gift for my Birthday and a coffee table scarf book for the holidays from my SA.
Sometimes I received small gifts with purchase such as perfume samples/small bottles, a small bar of soap, a little jar of marmalade and I remember I once got a leather cord that I could turn into a necklace with one of their scarf rings.

You mean they hand it to you? Mine show up in the mail lol. I agree- 2023 card was beautiful. I liked 2023 better than 2022 card! (The horse was slightly creepy on that one!)

This is a screen grab of the digital card I received from my Paris SA by text. There was music and it was animated. You tap on the screen and the fireworks shoot out with a message. It was cute. I know there was another version of this digital greeting, also very cute.

Yeah! When I went to the boutique last month, my SA gave me the card along with a holiday goodie bag with chocolates, xmas tree ornament, perfume samples, etc.

I have gotten parfume minitures, some ornaments, silk keycord, silk bracelets and cookies. I think it really depends on how you interact with the SA and your home store? My spend is just 1:1. Haven't gotten my QB from the home store yet.

I just received a Holiday card handwritten and signed by my current and previous SA. Still in shock and also happy, I mean this is the first time that I got a card
Plus sometimes he forgets that I have an appointment with him.

DH received a thank you note from my new SA and flowers once. The flowers were after DHs mother passed and were signed by our former SA and management. No holiday cards. Wait, I think I’ve gotten electronic ones in the past, but not recently. I do get invited to some events, usually RTW related. Dior is much more generous with cards and swag than either Chanel or Hermes lol.
