Does Gucci do repairs for free?

I'm new on this site so I'm trying to figure out how to use it. Anyway, I just purchased a beautiful coated canvas Gucci bag, but it has flaking on the bottom and a little on the sides of the bag. The owner said it could be fixed , but they didn't know. Can anybody help?!

So basically they didn't know.

Gucci will prob repair it for you but you'll have to pay (as you didn't buy it from them). If you're talking about the inside then they probably won't touch it at all.
