Does Coach do price adjustments?

I'm surprised you got a PA for a bag that was sold out online and in stores. I'll try tomorrow. I just got my rogue a couple of days ago, and now the same style rogue (different color) is down to 50% online. If the PA fails, I'll attempt my first return/rebuy with them.

Yep, I remember it was the tea rose rogue 25 in black/pink. Sold out, but went to 50% off.

I don't think she was concerned with looking at inventory/sold out status. She kept saying prices and dates out loud. I'm thinking their computer shows each markdown date. At first she thought I told her it was 50% off the markdown price, but then she realized I was saying it was marked down to 50% and she was like "oh ok, I see it." She did some math and sent through the refund. I think the PA policy just states within 14 days, doesn't say the bag has to be available.

I just called and got a price adjustment on my Rogue tote (ivy with floral interior). I got back $52! I had ordered on 5/30, was told it shipped 5/31 but then it was delayed and really didn’t ship until 6/5 and received 6/7. They didn’t even question the number of days. If it’s close I always call and ask anyway and figure if they say no I will just re-buy assuming it’s still in stock. But I had no issues and the lady was really sweet.

I got mine too! Really easy and pleasant experience. My adjustment is enough to get another accessories item but I think I'll hold onto it for a bit because I have my eye on something else Coach...even though I'm on ban island.

I think it depends on what the SA is willing to do. I've been able to get price adjustments outside of the 14 day period before but that was about a year ago. I've also had to do the return and rebuy thing in order to get the price adjustment. I had purchased the item over 14 days previous but less than 30 days. Sometimes they require you to bring in the item to do the PA and sometimes not. It also might depend on if you're planning on buying more stuff when you get the PA. That might make them more willing to work with you to get additional sales.

Yes they do. If it’s within the 14 day period they can credit you. If you have passed that period, You can also to a return/ rebuy if your SA is willing. I’ve had one do it for shoes for me within the 30 day period.
