Does anyone own Liebeskind bags?

Antonia-both you and the bag look adorable! I'm glad you posed with a coat on, since I'd be carrying the bag in a colder climate. I'm thinking about getting this bag but wondering if it'll fit a 15.4" laptop and still have room for everyday purse items without look like a bag about to explode. Since you have the bag, is this something you can answer?

When I say the bag is huge, I mean huge! My laptop is about the exact same size as yours and I know it would fit in the bag without any problem and still have plenty of room to spare! Maybe I'll try to actually put my computer along with my other things in the bag and see how it looks.....so I'll get back to you later with a better answer. The only thing is the bag doesn't have much structure, it's super puddly when empty so you may see lumps and bumps-I don't know how you feel about that. I think if someone needs to carry their laptop with them, they should have a more structured tote bag, IMO.

I agree- a tote bag would be ideal to carry a laptop and that's what I'm currently using, but unfortunately, that means I'm carrying a purse (currently the Longchamp le pilage) , a tote for my laptop (generic tote from Target) and my gym bag to work everyday. I feel like a crazy bag lady! My logic is if I can get a purse that can also accommodate the laptop without appearing overstuffed, I'm down to 2 bags. Which means I look less crazy! :)

Looking for a stylish purse that can meet all these requirements has been a challenge to say the least. I have high hopes for the Liebeskind Mia. I'm glad to hear that it fits your laptop well. If you get a chance a picture with your laptop along with other stuff in the bag would be great! Do you feel it's sturdy enough to handle this much weight?

The Liebeskind blue Gloria arrived today,I'm loving the color. The Gloria is the downsized version of the Mia.The dimensions are comparable to the Mulberry bayswater, like the Mia it lacks the stiff structure and collapses into a leathery soft puddle when resting.

I placed a bag shaping insert in the bottom and while it helps a bit with the sagging bottom it still collapses when placed on any surface.Gloria is strictly a handheld bag unless you have arms the circumference of a #2 pencil .

Here's a quick pic ladies :yahoo:

Hi Susan-I'm not familiar with purse inserts. Can you tell me where I can find them? It's definitely worth a try.

I bought a Chameleon purse insert (extra large) to use in my Alexander Wang Roccos (they slouch a bunch and flop about/stuff gets lost inside, and this has really helped to keep everything in its place!

When my EstherB comes I will probably use it in her too!

Love your Gloria, Cat! Dare I say, I think I like the smaller version a little bit more?!?!

Thanks Antonia,I like the smaller version a bit more myself but must admit the Mia comes in handy if one needs a super roomy bag.

Susan Lee,the strap drop on the handles are approximately 6 inches.I've been carrying it across the bend of my elbow or by hand.

I just discovered this bag tonight at Nordstroms too. I bought the gloria in grey and it is amazing! I could not believe the price; it should have been double! The quality is unbelieveable! I actually ordered the same bag in the taupe/larger size to compare. I may keep both; the larger one will fit on your shoulder and would be great for travel. Im very petite and the small one fit on my shoulder without a coat on, but not as comfortable. I will post pics tomorrow!

A couple of quick shots of the gray one ;).It's larger than it appears, the leather tends to puddle and while I find it a bit rustic looking it will be a great knock around bag ,not to mention it will hold everything from a tube of lipstick or a 17 inch laptop if necessary:tup:.

Loving the blue one,enjoy!

Is this the smaller one or the larger one?

Thanks Susan! This is a great idea. I have tons of slouchy bags I rarely use because everything in my purse tends to tumble around. I'll definitely have to get one, even if I decide not to get the Mia.

Alright ladies- I was about to pull the trigger and order the bag from Nordies, but the color options have changed! I was about to order the gray mia and now there is a taupe mia available. Does anyone own the Mia (or similar Liebeskind bag) in Taupe and be willing to share pics?

Is it the vintage Stone? It's a medium to light Taupe-ish colour.

I'm in Europe and Liebeskind you can find almost everywhere ;) or it's easy to buy online.

I personally like and have the model Paula B in Stone and what is labeled 'vintage' leather. This is a pebbled type. Paula without the B has studs.

my edit..I just checked Nordies, and it is the vintage leather on the MIA bags. The colours on their website are a bit darker than in reality.I also checked Susan Lees suggestion, and here the colours are more real!
