I have one I just bought. I’m really no help I haven’t used it yet. Here’s the pics I took before I bought it

I have it and I’ve used it. I usually only shoulder carry or hand carry. I’ve also used it crossbody a couple of times. Forgot to mention, it’s in my top 3 bags right now. The other two are my Rogue and my Chaise.

I’m 5’7”. Shoulder and crossbody. When I do handheld I just pull the chain strap up. (Pardon my appearance, clothes I threw on to shovel)

For the crossbody I just clip the dog leash clips together.

Thank you I was thinking somehow the straps snapped together and made one strap and got totally confused. Thanks again. And you look great. Thanks for the photos
