WOW Really? You should take it to an MK boutique for repair. Now I'm reconsidering getting Saffiano since the silver one is not available in stores. There's no warranty on it if you buy it outside an MK boutique.

IKR! I've headed down to the MK Boutique and they're able to fix the handles at a low cost. Ranging from $25 - $40 if I remembered correctly. However IMHO I'd still get the Saffiano tote if I had to choose again.

They definitely had the black saffiano hamilton with gold hardware before. I remember seeing it on Ebags.com & Macy's website a while back when the Aqua, Lime Green, Orange etc colors came out. THANK YOU for the ebags link! The bag I want - NS tan saffiano with GHW was nowhere to be found (except selfridge in the uk) and ebags has it!

NVM they dont ship to PR... If anyone knows where I can get that specific bag online let me know!
