Do YSL not do authentication card anymore ?

Mine didn’t come with one too - I feel like YSL is really inconsistent with their packaging. Also depends on if it’s through a retailer like saks or Nordstrom

Bought the envelope flap pouch wristlet in mix matelassé last week directly from SL and it came with a card. I bought a WOC a month ago from an authorised retailer and no card.

Hi Violina, i just wanna ask : have you ever contact YSL customer service and asking about the authenticity card? Or just keep the bag without the authenticity card?

I kept it without the authenticity card. I didn't bother contacting YSL because I read that the card seemed to be missing from a lot of bags.

I don't know if the authentication cards are even useful or tie to the bag in anyway. I was missing it in my recent purchase so I had the SA ship it to me. They shipped me two different ones, so now I have two different cards for the same bag.
With Chanel, the authenticity code on the bag matches the # on the receipt and # on the tag. But there seems to be no connection with ysl.

You are lucky! My SA told me that ysl don't have an authenticity card anymore. ☹️ i don't know if the statement is true or not? But if i want to get a care card or booklet, i can go back to the store and ask for it.
