Do you wear your thin JUC 24 hours a day?

I raised my hand and hit the bracelet against a hand rail… that’s when I first noticed the scratches, so it must have been that, but I’m not completely sure.. my heart sunk when I saw it and now I can’t stop looking at the scratches. My love is scratched too but I’ve learned to accept it. Bigger piece of gold and there’s no way to prevent it from happening. The JUC, on the other hand, i didn’t think it would get scratched that easily.
i know exactly what you mean about your bracelets crossing over though. My bracelets cross over once in a while too and I get paranoid but it has been okay. It does leave some really faint marks on the side of my love where the nail head hits it though. My situation was different. I totally banged it against something.
Here’s a pic of the scratches on the JUC. I really hope it can be polished away!

Thanks for your reply and the pictures.
And sorry it got scratched so badly
And yes mine has some faint scratches.. But not that noticeable. I banged it once really hard when doing my son’s bed but nothing really happened. Although, it is a hollow bracelet, it is still quite sturdy I think. But it seems like you got bad luck with that scratch.
Hopefully Cartier will fix it for you

I think your SA is right, personally, many times when I sleep, I put my arms under the pillow and imagine that if I wear the JUC, with my weight on it, I would end up damaging it.
I wouldn’t sleep with mine either..
My SA told me to be careful, it is a delicate piece of jewelry he said (although as described above, I banged it really hard once and nothing happened fortunately).
He warned me the same way when buying my Amulette necklace with malachite by the way.
It seems to me that the thin JUC can be worn all the time if it fits tightly. Maybe it doesn’t get caught on things so easily. But mine is a loose fit. So I prefer taking it off at the end of the day.

I don't sleep with mine either. My SA told me to not wear it to bed so I take it off at night. She also told me to not wear it at the gym, not sure why. I'm assuming because of weights and equipment could hit and bend it out of shape?

I initially wore it 24/7, but then I noticed it started getting caught on my blanket so now I take it off at night. I have no issues of it bending out of shape from being popped off and on everyday.

I’ve had mine for a couple of months. I don’t wear it to bed or to the gym. But then, I don’t wear any jewelry at either of those times, so just typical for me. Someone had the idea of wearing a terry cloth wristband over it to sleep, so it won’t snag on anything.

I try not to wear it to sleep as well since at times my nail head ends up on the other side of the tip and I'm afraid it'll bend the bracelet out of shape. It's an easy fix to get it back to normal.

Though I have gone weeks without taking it off and it seems fine. It's more delicate than the regular JUC, so I try to be more careful.
