  • Take it off all the time before sleep, shower etc

  • Sometimes worn to sleep, etc but mostly try to take it off before bedtime

  • Okay to wear with Cartier Love bracelets 24/7 (no scratches issues)

  • Wouldn't wear with Cartier Love bracelets due to possible scratching
