someone just got one in mini kelly, I think it is so cute! but perhaps it is smaller and easier to wear.

Lovely colour ! Thank for the info. I guess a pink or coral bag can be used as a ‘special’ bag?

I have a constance in rose texas and rouge de coeur enamel hardware. It's a very eyecatching colour. I remember my eye being drawn to it in the H store and I had to ask, what colour is that? It's sometimes, red, pink, coral, all together. But I must say, that the enamel clasp in RDC really contrasts well and brings out a more pink shade to the rose texas.C18 Rose Texas Front.jpg

I found this thread while researching rose texas! So my mom is giving me the Picotin in this color later this year (when I go back home) and I am so mesmerized by the pictures she sent me! She told me it looks very different under different lightings and it could look pink ish or orange ish. I have attached some pics. I typically only wear neutral colored clothes (lots of blacks and whites!) so I’m hoping I’ll be able to pull off this color:smile:

I saw a rose Texas bag on a reseller site and I thought it was orange. Does it mean more coral than pink?
Hmmm it makes me wonder if it depends on the type of bag / leather too? My mom swears her Picotin (clemence) does not look as orange as most rose texas colors she sees online. She says her bag has more pinkish tint. But I am wondering if it’s just her bag. I would love to hear from others as well as it will be a while before I get to see the bag in person! :)

From the few things I’ve seen online it should be more pink than orange. I’m wondering if the reseller listed a wrong color. But you’re right, depends on type of leather.

I think Rose Texas is such a fun color. It's a little fuchsia, I've seen it in an Apple Hermes watch band.

I also don't think it's hard to carry this color in small doses. Buy a pair of flats or heels in similar hue or a belt, or any type of accessory and wear some neutral colored outfits, then the whole look can be pulled off beautifully. You don't have to go all out like a celebrity (you can if you want to), but Rose Texas is easy on neutrals. Think of it as the new red. It's so much fun!

Got this Chanel WOC. It's a similar idea. Whenever my outfit is a bit drab, I just carry my WOC to spice it up!
