Do you notice the 08 bag smells quite different?

All my bags are 08 so I have no comparison but I am very sensitive to smells. odors, etc and sniffed my bags & they do not smell badly at all.

Maybe stick a dryer sheet inside for a day or a shot of febreze?

I just got an 08 black city today, and it just smells very strongly of leather. Its stronger than my other two (05 & 06), but I've had those for a couple of years now, so the smell's worn off. It doesn't smell offensive or anything.

I just rec'd 2 wallets today... and after remembering this thread.. I took it to my nose.. and compared it with my old wallet & 06 bBag. The smell is definitely different. The 2 new wallets smelled exactly alike., compared with my 07 Chevre Money & 06 Chevre bBag... theres more of a chemically, synthetic smell. It reminds me of new pleather shoes straight from the shoebox.. kwim?

It's not the same smell..... I prefer the old smell.. . Not to sound like a debbie downer.. but the leathers are different too.. I miss & prefer the Chevre over the Agneau..

Oye.. can't they just make them like they use too!
