What a great mix of beautiful black bags! Your bags all look different to me. If I had to pick one bag, it would be black. I have a couple styles I love in several colors. To me the color makes it different, and if I love the style, they all get used. I have a bunch of totes too, and they get used a lot. Having the one open area in a bag that stands up is my favorite to use even if I find other bags prettier.It's always a conundrum with me
A bag catches my eye, but its similar to something I already have.
I have a black city tote with buster le favue but the black market tote with wild print lining is so pretty! Then I look around and see that most my bags are black in pebbled leather..
I also like to stick to similar styles in different colors such as the borough and patchwork swagger. And how many totes is too many?? It's my most functional bag because it's lightweight and can fit my laptop. Sigh..

I have doubles and triples in my collection. If I find a style that works, I sometimes get it in different colours or sizes. I do that with clothes and shoes as well. With bags, a different colour can mean having one for another season and size or embellishments can change how the bag would be used.

Yesterday, I've received my first Swagger 27 bag in black pebble leather and I've compared it with my last bag, a medium Selma by Michael Kors... It's the same kind of design in fact... The Swagger is beautiful, much more than the Selma wich is saffiano leather but it's the same style... I'm attracted by this style of bag... I had ordered a Zac Posen Eartha bag , because of that style but I returned it because of the quality of the leather, it was not woth it...Oh and I love black pebble leather, when my best friend saw my bag yesterday, she said :"Another black bag, seriously?"
Nice collection! I'll go with yes and no, how's that for precise lol. I generally try and not repeat myself to much i don't own many bags to begin with but due to nerve issues i can only carry certain types of bags so unfortunately i am rather stuck in some ways.
As for colors, i am very dull maybe in my choices, preferring black, grey, blue, browns overall.. i do have a little bit of red and green and in the past purple but i lean toward neutrals and always end up selling(or returning) the colorful bags so have ceased buying them.

I buy almost exclusively black bags. And I do repeat styles, especially totes, and I have a variety of Rogues (all in black.) Other than black, I have a couple green bags as that is my next favorite color and a couple animal print (like the nylon weekender bags, not an actual purse.)
I do sell online and gift bags I am no longer in love with to family to thin out the collection and make room for new, ones but I still have a ridiculous amount of black bags. If you love it, that's all that matters.
