I'm more a matte girl personally because I go for a more casual look. I think matte especially in a 35B. But a shiny 30B or 28K looks fantastic.
Which blue...wow that has my head spinning. I think a shiny blue tempete or blue electrique sellier 28K would be lovely. I'd like a matte indigo 30B or 35B or a matte ciel 30B. How's that for a dream-of-the-moon wish list!
