I always try to hit a CCO when I vacation in the US and I tend to purchase quite a bit - especially Limited Edition items. I've never had a problem with any products being past their expiry date either

I used to buy a lot of stuff from my local CCO, but sadly they went out of business about a year or so ago. I never had any issues with products being expired, etc...I was always very satisfied with my items and the prices. I scored a lot of sweet deals in that store.
Cosmestics Company Outlet. A lot of times you'll find them in the strip malls that are mostly comprised of outlet stores.

i LOVE cco's! i don't tend to buy skincare which i would be more wary of with expiration dates, but it's a great place to pick up hard to find/ limited edition/seasonal and sometimes permanent items, especially from MAC and ester lauder. they are stocked monthly, so you can call your local (if you are lucky) coo to find out when they get their shipment so you get best pick 
Whenever I go to PA, I always try to get over there and see what they got. I also love going to the Loreal company store too!!!
I have purchased from CCO's when I get to them. The stock is inconsistent, but sometimes some old favorites can show up and they can be snapped up for backups!
