I think... CCOs means The Cosmetics Company Outlet Store owned by Estee Lauder?
Could they still sell products that are expired? I thought they would check over time or something...I've purchased several things from the CCO and the Lancome outlet over the last 5 years and only had one issue. A eyecream from Origins that I had never used before smelled off, but performed well. I ended up using it as a cuticle cream just to be on the safe side. I will say that it helps to know the prices of the items you're purchasing to make sure you're getting a deal and to be careful because they often sell GWPs from past promotions.

Don't know if it was expired because I've never smelled a new pot, but other skincare that I've purchased has been just like buying from a department store. I was even lucky in scoring a limited edition blush from Estee Lauder that I'd been trolling Ebay for!Could they still sell products that are expired? I agree about CCO's being less chaotic, I also think the people who work there are less intimidating then the sales girls at mac counters.I've bought several products from my local CCO in the past (mainly because its actually closer to me and a lot less crowded and manic as my nearest mac or Bobbi Brown counter) and I've purchased several types of lipgloss and eyeshadow from both Bobbi Brown and Mac there but lately I've found there's very little Mac makeup there that I actually like so I don't call in there as often
