Nordstrom‘s would be just as perfect as the one I would get from them directly. They were fine that I didn’t get the hat from them and they spent a long time talking to me about my concerns. She even called one of the managers because I had a question she couldn’t answer, and she called me back later in the day with the answer. Amazing. I feel very good about that company, and will buy directly from them in the future.
