Having hereditary dark circles, I have tried every under-eye concealer known to man. IMHO, CdP has the best...highly pigmented. I use with a flat brush. Make sure to hydrate/moisturize before use. I also use a bit of vitamin E oil and the concealer glides on. Expensive but worth it...lasts a long time!
