Fantastic article...so refreshing to see accurate H information out there!

My favorite thing about SOs has to be that the best ones (for me at least) happen almost by mistake or by not overthinking. My two favorite SOs happened when:

1) I literally had three outstanding SOs and was kind of out of design options...., so I decided not to worry and just put my favorite colors that I didn't already own together (Raisin and BE)...which I was afraid was crazy.... AND the artisan changed the hardware on me...and I love the result

2) My order got kicked back at the last second and I had to decide in half an hour, so I changed a Kelly order to a B30 and the bag came in three months, and is perfect

Truth! I forgot to thank @Notorious Pink for the excellent writing. Not a "very unique" nor "the charm complimented my bag" nor a "He gave the bag to she and I" to be found.....THANK YOU.

Thanks for writing an article on a most confusing subject! I’ve been studying up on the SO process hopeful that one day in my long H journey I will be graced with one. There were things still things that I did not know yet. The description of the versions was a little bit hard to follow. Maybe some diagrams would have helped. Otherwise I found it informative. It’s a blessing to have all of that info in one place! :amazed:
