I have seen older bags in noir ostrich. If they are produced now, I am not sure.

I havent seen any new noir Ostrich in a while. You might have to go vintage if you want one. The closes to noir would be either grey (gris agate) or dark blue (indigo).

Thank you very much for your recommendation. Indigo is a very pretty color, I will definitely ask my SA if she can find one for me.

I have tried black ostrich Birkin 30 GHW in the H store but it was almost 10 years ago. I have not seen any other color that looks like it.

I saw pics of noir ostrich bags on IG, they are just so classy and beautiful, especially with GHW. Wondering why H does not produce them anymore.

Noir ostrich is only by special order, that’s my memory (sometimes doubtful)

The last time I saw the noir ostrich ( a b30 with GHW ) is around 2015 ( if I remembered clearly ), unfortunately Noir is available for ostrich SO in last two years....

Bumping this thread again to see if anyone has any further intel on black ostrich leather. The only colour closest to black ostrich is blue indigo. Has anyone seen a black ostrich recently in any leather goods?

Good luck. A black ostrich Birkin would be a wonderful bag and so light weight. I have not seen Indigo ostrich. Did you look at the Hermes color book? Ostrich takes dye in it's own way, so I would want to see a sample if possible.

Hi. Does anyone know if Brighton Blue is a seasonal color and no longer available? I asked my SA for a B30 in Brighton Blue. She said she wasn’t sure if it was retired or still available. Which shade of blue would be closest to it?
