soooooo excited to see this. I am correct in thinking this color is close to craie?
I could have sworn someone posted a photo in either SMs back from Podium or Web Finds but I can't find it. It is slightly warmer and greyer than Craie to my eye.

Is bordeaux (wine red) a new colour? When was it introduced?
Bordeaux has been around for decades. It's been one of those "staple" colors. I'm sure it's been rested a time or two, but it's a classic Hermes color.
I saw it in H.com as a color option for Jige. I would like to know more about it before I ask my SA. It appears a good warm weather color choice
In my last week's visit to H boutique I was told by my SA that, while they're not new colors, she is starting to see more and more of Bordeaux leather pieces of late. Could be that they are phasing it back in. I couldn't resist so picked up a Roulis in the color.
