Yes blue paon in epsom can be seen in birkins recently.

Does anyone here consider "bougainvillier" to be closer to red or pink? I was a little bummed when I saw the chevre tarmac in person and it looked closer to red to me. I stalked the colour family threads and the bbags and other things in this colour look *significantly* lighter and pinker. Is it just me? I've tried one other H pink (rose lipstick) and have been disappointed by that too (too dark). I don't like bubblegum/tutu pink...maybe my happy pink is Rose Jaipur? Rose tyrien? Man, if only they had better pink selection on H.com or in stores for me to peruse...Or is there a master library somewhere on the interwebs that compares ALL pinks? Ah, that would be Heavenly...

In clemence it is more pink than red to me. It is pretty close to rose jaipur, but less coral, more pink, and a little bit red.

I heard that the H Lizard producer has ceased production - for some reason that seemed unknown - either because the owner died or something else. Has anyone else heard this? There seemed to be the thought that Lizard would be even more scarce than it has been.
Any info corroborating (or, more happily, discrediting) this would be greatly appreciated!

Darn, I see a lot of questions here and I have a biggie too! I love rubis but it is not being offered this year in SO. What is the closest color then? Is it tosca??? I have combed the reference section and cannot find a picture of tosca and rubis to compare. Can someone discuss the color of a red pinky color Hermes offers. Pleeeeease........... Is rouge casaque a red/pink but more red? rouge garrance is too orange, bougie has ornage undertones, right? Hellllllppppppp thanks so much.

Rubis in swift is darker than rubis in togo. Which rubis are you refereing to? I have rubis birkin in swift and its dark red.. Not as dark as rouge H but not bright like geranium or rouge casaque..
I know rouge H is offered for SO this season but only in clemence leather.
The only red offered in chevre is Rouge Casaque..
I can take a comparison pics of the leather swatches when i visit my store next time if you like..

I'm a Rubis fan too! We should make a club! I think that Tosca is the closest - but especially depending on the leather. I believe that Tosca is MUCH more pink in Togo/Clemence than Swift, etc. Rouge Casaque and RG seem way more red to me. And Rouge H is so brown - it seems like more of a neutral to me! And I love Rubis because it's a bit more of a pop. I think maybe Bouganville might also be almost close, just lighter with more orange.

I did look at the swatches and I didn't see many alluring pinks =/
