I have been to Hermes Store last week and they told me that Bleu Jean colour will not be produced any longer.
i thought this might be of interest!

Hi km8282.. I don't think they would discontinue making signature orange since it is their signature... My best friend just came back from Paris and bought 35 Orange B Togo leather.. I hope my story will shed some light on your confusion..
