Hi. Does anyone know which leather is used for a white Birkin? Togo?

Swift. My girlfriend has a white birkin in swift..

Would any experts care to opine on the color of this bag? I can't get it out of my mind. It was called "tabac" by the seller, but I can't locate that color paired with ostrich in any of the helpful references. TIA!!
I do not think this is chocolate - it's lighter and has a different tone, but not sure - I'm definitely a novice when it comes to colors/leathers, esp ostrich. Picture is from Decades (mods, please edit if that was not okay to state).

Looks like ebene to me also, in ostrich.

Im really curious as to when these colours from the "bleu" family are released:

- Bleu Roi
- Bleu de Prusse (I remb reading somewhere that this is a relatively new colour? Non?)
- Thalssa

Thalassa with the white stitching was avail 2003-2004. It was reintroduced in 2007 in certain leathers but slightly darker and with matching blue stitching.

Blue Roi was before thalassa.

B de Prusse was introduced last yr.

Does anyone know if Hermes made a Birkin in 2008 wherein the leather was embossed to make it look like a crocidle or aligator skin?

I have never thought about purchasing a Hermès-bag , but after having visited the store in Paris I think I fell in love!
I just have one question about colours and leathers. I thought about having a lindy, but my dream-colours would be lagoon or rose shoking :inlove:
There is only one problem: I just saw that these two colours dont exist for Clemence. How does it come that some colours aren t available for certain leather-types? Is it because Clemence and rose shocking or lagoon don t fit each other?
Or would it still be possible to make a special order?
You would be so helpful , I am still a Hermès-newbie :shame: thanks!

Does anyone know what cherve leather/ colours is going to be available thru SO for birkin 30? As I heard from my SM that she need to wait till next month to work it out in front of the computer, when doing those SO? so she can't tell me if any violet/cyclamen/rs is available until then!!!
