Dior book tote - discoloring or just dirty?

Here is a pic of the discoloration on a gray oblique book tote.

The gray is turning to a mauve color

What do you think of mine? I took the picture just now under sunlight !

In the stock pic, the handles look a bit yellow too. But I would strongly recommend not using wipes. Just wrap the handles and/or consult with a reputable dry cleaner.

Checked with my dry cleaner. They do Not dry clean as the heat may damage the shape of bag

Sadly but honestly, I do see discoloration on the top edge especially on the side panel and on the back panel to the left of the tiger you focused on and to the right of the monkey but NOT the handles. I also see it on the bottom edge right. I think the discoloration, the mauve color, contrasted with the yellow makes it look ’dirty’. I think you need to go to the boutique to get a replacement or credit if you wouod rather get something else.

Update: I took my bag to Dior and the after sales agreed to exchange with greater or same amount of my bag! I really like the Dior small tote (in navy oblique) and I exchanged it (paid additional $500 for the differences if the bag plus tax).
