That's odd.....just checked and there's no option for me either. Is there a setting where she might have pm's shut off?

She's probably not aware that she didn't activate the "start a conversation with" option. It's at the bottom of the privacy settings -- maybe she overlooked it.

Yep. I didn't even realize that was an option. I think mine was automatically just on way back when I signed up.

I can and have conversations so no idea why it wasn't working but the French site has no dinosaur left now or else their site has glitches so sorry for getting anyone's hopes up I did get this medium one though

Oh and the site won't ship to USA I double checked it makes you switch from Europe and then won't ship Coach
