No, I only have the hang tag shaped case and a small green coin purse that has turn locks all over it hanging there.....just because I like the way they look. (Oh, and a large Legacy wristlet that I turned into a crossbody bag.)

I collect Coach keychains and purse charms. I tend to only collect one thing at a time. I collected baseball cards and Braves memorabilia for years until hurricane Katrina took it all. I didn't collect anything for quite a few years after that until I got hooked on Coach.
I love, love, love the rexy stuff and just bought a little silver rexy bag charm from the site last week and am still waiting for it to be delivered. I checked the website now and see that they have the oil slick version again, they were out when I bought the silver one. I SO wanted the oil slick rexy so now I'm trying to figure out if I want to return my silver one and get the oil slick rexy or just keep the silver. Ugh, first world problems are, like, literally the WORST!
I have both. I got the silver first. When I got the oil slick, I thought I would return the silver but I like the clip on the silver one better.
I can't really justify the cost of having two rexy charms right now so I have to decide on one. I am mainly switching between my chalk bandana rivet Edie and my black city tote and dang it, that doesn't help at all because both colors would look great on both bags. If I do decide on the oil slick, can I just return the silver Rexy to Dillards or the Coach store or do I have to ship it back?

You have to return to wherever you bought it, and within the return policy limits. If you bought it at Dillards, you have to return it to Dillards. If you bought it at Coach, you have to return it to Coach, but you can go to the store or ship it. The return time limit is only 30 days now. I bought both of mine from Macy's so I have forever to make up my mind!
The problem I have with the clip is that the clip on the silver one allows the charm to hang straight, while the dogleash clip on the oil slick makes it stick out at an angle. I probably won't even use the dogleash at all if I decide to use this charm on a bag.
I had to open them both at the Coach website to see the difference you're talking about. Yeah, I like the carabiner style clip better than the dog leash clip, for exactly the reason you mention. I dunno though, I really love the way the oil slip rexy pops.
