Thanks Bagmedic.
Yes, I agree. My heart says Chalk but my brain says possible colour transfer
I am going to London this weekend and hoping to try the Chalk colour in the boutique.
Let's hope I will put my sensible head on that day.

Have a lovely weekend,
Xxx

Thats perfect that you have the same one! Do you have any more pictures of this bag, with charms or straps, and do you have any modeling it? Thanks!!
If you google coach dinky denim 24, and go to the images results, you will see a variety of images. Other colors will show up too, but you will find some good modeling and other type of pics... I tend to go there when I want to see different views of a bag.

That’s actually the first thing I did before coming here. In fact most of the pictures that were on there led me back to this forum.

I don't typically use bag charms, and I have only the chain strap for this bag. No modelling photos of that one, but I tend to wear this one with the strap doubled, and wear it more of a shoulder bag vs. long strap or crossbody.

Is there a way to shorten a dinky chain strap?

I've done it myself with pliers! Sometimes one link will end up a little scratched when you close it back up but if you find the perfect size/style plier it can be done pretty seamlessly!

I’ve also shortened one myself recently. It was a gold outlet chain strap (so no leather woven in). It’s sturdier metal than I anticipated! I did not have the ideal tools & used several of the removed links to get one closed with minimal marring. I think it turned out well but I was so worried about slipping & hurting myself with the pliers. Afterwards, I looked up tools to buy but didn’t get far into finding the right one(s) yet. I’d be cautious in the DIY route with possible chipping on darker coated metals.

Otherwise, I shorten a chain strap by doubling it. Then I either carry the doubled strap together or put one side under the flap & that gives a longer shoulder bag.

My first found order Dinky 19 with charms in plum. 60/15% off.
