Is it the metallic one that is on sale? I was looking at it also but I wonder how the shine would hold up?
I have tentatively made a decision to keep the unique moto style Dinky Messenger. It is such a cool bag and like nothing else I have seen. I have been walking around the house with the strap in different configurations and it carries so easily without falling off my shoulder. I think it is similar in size to the Page 27, maybe a teeny bit shorter in height and about an inch thicker, but can be carried crossbody with the longer strap. Funny enough the long fringe doesn't bother me but there are far fewer fringes than on the smaller one I've already sent back. I'm probably going to send back the sequin Rogue because it really isn't me and it's almost too fancy for what I wear on any given day. Too much $ for something that will sit on the shelf.
Yes, that is the one. I think it is referred to as "High Shine". It was out last holiday season. I noticed them but just wasn't in the market for a Dinky then. I saw a Tpfer bought the lemon one a while ago and it intrigued me. I ordered the pink one from Bloomingdales this past weekend but I think I want the lemon one. I figured for no sales tax and free shipping, what do I have to lose in ordering and seeing how I like it? I know this dinky has been at outlet and think i saw a photo of one in one of the recent spy pictures. If I decide I want the lemon, I'll go to my outlet and ask them to do a found order. I think the price on the retail site is too high.
I thought this high shine version came in another color but for the life of me, I cannot find any photos of one.
Glad you asked RW66! I didn't realize it was arriving today so ran downstairs to get it on my doorstep! The finish seems pretty durable. The shine wraps around the top but most the back of the bag is just leather. The leather color seems more like primrose but I can't be certain. I can't get to my bags at the moment to find something in that color.
I think it is just what it was released for - a holiday bag! It does add some nice bling but not too shiny. Kind of a patent look with a foil finish on it if I could describe it that way. I'll see if I can order the lemon one as I think I'd like that better. I have a pink dinky - peony tea rose one.

Oh wow! She is beautiful! It looks like candy! I think it's great the back is not metallic since it might get the most wear against your body. I love the color of the back as well.
You mentioning Bloomies made me go there and I found the rose gold camera bag for a good deal with e-bates coupon. $140. I NEED to see this rose gold color in person. I wonder if it is similar to the Rogue at Coach?

I haven't so this is a way to see if I like the color. Will take pics when I get it. Two day shipping with shoprunner.
I've seen this in store. Looks accurate to the photo, though due to the slight iridescence, the color could be slightly brighter or darker. It's a beautiful modern jewel blue that would be FANTASTIC if your skintone is on the cool side. I was sooo tempted to get it but I've already blown $3k on their sale lol.
