I like the second strand. Tahitians (I think) are supposed to have interesting shapes, and I love the color variation this in this one. The first is also nice, but a bit dark for me. Good luck choosing!

I love the 1st strand. To me, it is more classic and it will go with everything. In my opinion, I find that baroques are more casual designs. However, just go with whichever one you like better. Which do you think you will wear more?

thanks ladies for your votes. :D

appears I am getting balanced votes for each necklace, there is no obvious winner here yet. :(

Ok, abit more abt me - I am asian, fair skin with pink undertones - so will these tahitian pearls look good on my skin color?

I am casually dressed most days - in jeans/pretty tops, shorts/pretty tops, summery floral dresses etc.... I wear alot of whites & vibrant colors like pink, yellow, red etc. I don't like blacks or dark colors. Hopefully, I would like this set of pearls to compliment my casual to semi-casual outfits.

I am appealed to this particular baroque pearls for the unique multicolor tones, but I am not sure if it is a novelty that will fade. Whereas the off-round ones will be a more 'logical' choice as it exudes a classic style, however the tones on the pearls are also 'safer', not as unique as the baroque (imo).

Please keep the votes coming in. I really appreciate more advices. TIA! :D

Are you buying them online or in a boutique? With Asian skin, I find that you have to try the different color grades of the Tahitians to see what suits your skin tone better.

The pearls can be perfect and fabulous but if the color does not complement the skin tone, the pearls won't look too flattering.
