If paypal gives you 45 days then I don't see what the problem is to request it. If the seller is uncooperative then you can decide where to go from there.

And Lori never stated a day when she bought them. I paid for something on 2/24 and It took 2 weeks to get it...I still "bought it last month".

But a whole month later?:confused1: Has feedback already been left?

I am still within eBay's and PayPal's time frame to file a dispute. And AmourCouture is right, I did pay for the item late February and didn't receive it until March. The seller didn't send the item via priority so it took a while to get here.

As a seller, in my opinion the person who sold me these shoes did not disclose the wear. While it's obviously wishful thinking that every seller discloses flaws, it didn't happen in this situation.

As a buyer, these shoes were not as described.

They left FB for me but I have not left FB for them. They left feedback as soon as I paid but hadn't received the item yet.

I find more and more sellers leave immediate feedback, since they can't leave negative or neutral anymore they don't seem to see a point in waiting. I still wait, just out of principle.

I would request a return and file if needed. TB shoes are expensive for flats, and if you were mislead then all the more reason.

Let us know how it turns out!!!
