If you are trying to determine if the price is right purely from the market prospective then, Imo, the price is withing the acceptable range, but could have been 15-20% cheaper to be conspired a 'deal'. I don't have ton of experience on the second hand market but I just recently acquired a mini 2424 after a long and diligent research. Currently, the second hand market is over-saturated and people are mostly looking for cutesy neutral mini bags with full set and stickers on. A missing lock reduces the price significantly, as well as bright colors and age. Not sure about the Gulliver leather, but it looks soft and prone to scratches. With my bag I wasn't looking to get a deal but rather pay within my tolerance range. I knew I'd get loads of wear from the bag, it is cheaper than getting it from the store and the scratches did not bother me.
But you know it only worth what someone is ready to pay for it, so if you are comfortable with the price and it works for your wardrobe and lifestyle, that's, like other mentioned above, what matters the most.
