Just purchase this Kelly 28 from fashionphile for $6200. It’s from 1999, missing the lock but has the box. Should I keep it??

Its your money your purchase and if you are asking the opinion of strangers as to wether you should keep it my feeling is you don't love it or even like it enough..I'd rather pay an extra couple of 000's and have something that brings me real joy and that I really want rather than buying something I'm unsure of cos it seems like a steal...
But thats ME.
I love the colour of this bag btw.

It's a fun color & keep the bag if you love it. A Hermes bag should make your heart sing, in a manner

If you could style this bag in your day to day casual looks and you are going use it and abuse it then it’s a great deal. Personally I’d find challenging to style this color but I’m not good at styling at all to be honest

I think it’s gorgeous and what an amazing price but please don’t let others be the deciding factor on if you should keep it. If you love it, then keep it. If not, return it.
As others have pointed out, you're asking strangers if you should keep something you already purchased. If you were hesitant, what caused you to go through with the purchase? Would it have made more sense to ask for opinions prior to pulling the trigger... what has you second guessing now? The answer to those questions may provide insight as to whether you should keep or not.

sometimes they hang from Kelly handle fixings
or from clochette straps
but more often they are not used at all, probably kept safely at home in a box
a lot of people remove the clochette to avoid moon marks

If that was the case, the very particular colour would possibly limit its use for you;
but it might just provide another option in your wardrobe.

As my aunt would say "So long as you like it and you can afford it".
This. When I first started buying luxury items, I got caught in the “good deal” trap. I still get caught in it sometimes. A good deal must be an evolutionary trait or something. But they often turned out to be a waste of money because I usually didn’t use those pieces.
So if you use this bag, it’s a great deal. If you don’t use this bag, not so much.
Eh, sometimes I would buy a bag because I felt sorry for it and felt that I could use a rescue project. Which is odd bc I’m not handy and would need to send it out. This isn’t the case here. This bag looks very cute for a pop color, GHW bag
I personally adore this colour and would find that an amazing price for that reason (as long as the discolouration doesn’t look worse in real life)
