marie- here's an older pic of the jackets with my first BG studs that were .65 ctw. The ones I have now are .82ctw and in the same style setting so same thing, just a little bigger now.
Boht par have been BG signature stones. The earring stones are J's and the jacket stones are G-ish and 3 pointers. I think it is .66 ctw. As for vendors to look at in the US- I think Whiteflash and perhaps Crafted by Infinity have the historically best upgrade policy. Brian Gavin designed Whiteflash's original A Cut Above stones before he moved on to created his own brand, and so they have a very similar look to his stones still in terms of specs and proportions.
pardon the really awful princess cuts. That was when my ears were healing from the second piercing and I had to have something tiny to keep in 24/7 and gold Is picked up something cheap in 14K.
