This is for anyone that's watched SATC 2 because I can't find a pic to save my life. In the movie you see Carrie wearing these REALLY tiny diamond studs and I thought they were SO cute. Does anyone know what size they are or could be? Like they literally look like a tiny dot in on her lobe which I love.

If I find a pic I'll post it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I dont know they were pretty miniscule!! I wear .30 studs so .15 per ear D colour vvs. they are tiny but super sparkly. I think carrie's were even smaller than mine..... they suit her though...the only thing that she wears thats understated is her earrings haha!

I think I found what you are looking for, but with Rubies. They are 0.03 carats. The seller makes them with emeralds and sapphire too. Since they are on etsy, maybe you could ask them to make them with diamonds for you as a custom order. I think the picture will at least give you a size to look for:

Sorry if im hijacking this thread! Im on the same mission looking for .25-.30 ctw diamond studs! I've narrowed it down either going with good old gold, whiteflash, or engagementringsdirect. All are offerring ideal cut in that ctw within the same price range. Anyone have good experience with good old gold particulary (Im leaning towards them)?

P.S. Swanky, would you say for earrings in that small ctw, that ideal cut is better to give it the extra oomph and sparkle?

I would DEFINITELY get ideal cut stones, They would likely be considered melee at that size so you need to know people who deal in those sizes with ideal cuts. Specifically Whiteflash and Brian Gavin I KNOW do, and I know there are a few more that do. ID Jewelry can probably also do a great job for those.

Love good old gold!! Very reputable and helpful.

I'm not Swanky, but I'm sure she'll agree that ideal cut is important no matter what size.

Thanks everyone! Ok turns out good old gold are not ideal cut but she said they def sparkle like mad. Engagement rings direct says theirs are ideal but no cert since they're melée, also waiting for final price. Looks like I'm back to whiteflash. I checked out Brian Gavin but they're almost 2x as much. Is there an enormous diff between .25 - .30
