It is too insignificant for my taste. I am not a fan of dainty, delicate jewelry. What matters, though, is what you think. You are on the fence. Diamond shrinkage is real. If you think it’s too small now, it will only get smaller with time. 😜 I would return it or sell it and buy something that I absolutely loved.

The length is better but I still feel like it is hard to tell it is a diamond. I think a .14 or even a .10 would be a better choice. I know Tiffany typically sells those sizes as well and although they might be quite a bit more $$$ you can put the money from this piece toward it. I wouldn’t settle because it was a good deal. Get what you will be happy with! There are many on the 2nd hand market where you can likely find a better price point. Check out Fashionphile, Poshmark, and The Real Real. I think it looks nice on you, but comes down to what you think. I have a mix of jewellery myself. Some bold, some not as, and depending on what I'm wearing and my mood, will dictate what I pick to wear. It is small as you mentioned but everything has its place. Good luck with what you decide to do.

I have many DBTY pieces and love them. They can be small but even the smallest one glimmers like crazy. I think the point of them is to give a sort of dainty look. Yours looks great!
The length looks better, very pretty! In terms of size, I think it's what you like best and how you are going to wear it. I will say I got mine 10 years ago (I think it's 0.14) and it's probably my most worn necklace. It is perfect on its own, great to travel with, and layers well with most anything else.

Yes I ended up returning it and getting the bony levy from Nordstrom it’s a .17 I believe. It gets delivered tomorrow so I’ll post a photo when I get it.
That will be a great size!! Mine is about that and wears so well alone or stacked. Excited to see what it looks like!
