Like you I was on the hunt for the oak mitzy messenger for ages... even called the outlet shops every week... waiting to get lucky...
I also searched the forum to see as to when it was last seen in the outlets but it was only seen once back in jan at cheshire oaks... never really happend again.
went to bicester last sunday and managed to get an oak mitzy hobo at 315 so i basically just change the strap to make it a messenger.
another option of getting the discount as well is buying it from mywardrobe at 10% quidco discount.

I already have a medium hobo in RN, so I particularly wanted a messenger so that I could swap the straps around iykwim. There seem to be more hobos appearing at the outlets lately though, so maybe the messengers will follow (she said hopefully!)

There are some are on eBay for around the £300 mark. Get them authenticated, but some are from trusted sellers. Also think the Mitzy is such an unassuming bag (in a good way) that it's not being widely faked yet.

Hi i'm looking for an oak ledbury preferably in the west midlands area, as i bought my mum one for her birthday in the sale last week but when it arrived it was marked : ( customer services have said they'll try to replace it if i send it back, but i'd rather exchange in person so i know i'll get a replacement for my mums present. I've so far only tried house of fraser birmingham who only have black and chocolate, has anyone seen one? 
think it was £995 and ha a further discount when you paid for it might be worth giving them a call!
Did you see my post of a few days ago re the one in Sinclairs in Sheffield?...it was still there yesterday.
